WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom and Kenya. We are looking to expand our shipping locations soon!
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have created an account, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting Orders in the ‘My Account’ section.
IS EXPEDITED SHIPPING AVAILABLE?
Expedited shipping is not currently available, but we are working on it.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You may return undamaged, unused item(s) purchased exclusively from organicsavanna.com within 30 days of the date of purchase. The item(s) must be returned with all original packaging; any product without original packaging or considered worn may not qualify for a refund.
Organic Savanna takes great care when packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely. Please pack fragile items with the protective materials that you received with your original package. Items must arrive at Organic Savanna as undamaged and unused or they will not be eligible for return. Returns may be shipped using the carrier of your choice; customers are advised to keep the tracking details for your records. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com with the subject line “Product Return.” Please include the following details in your email:
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Reason for return
Please allow 10 to 15 business days from date of receipt of return for processing.
WHEN CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
When you place your order, we will acknowledge your order via email. Once our team has confirmed that we can process the order we will send you a confirmation email (usually within 2 to 3 working days of you placing your order).
Orders can be cancelled without any hassle or cost to you at any time before you receive this confirmation email.
Once the confirmation email has been received, your order is already being processed: payment has been taken from you and we have arranged for delivery. At this point, please follow the Returns process above.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Cancelling your order within the specified timeframe is easy. Simply send us and email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Order number
- Desire to cancel your order
We will confirm your cancellation as soon as possible. Please note that your money is only taken when the order is confirmed so if you cancel before this confirmation email, no money will have left your account.
WHAT IF I NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCTS I PAID FOR?
If you do not receive your order by the estimated delivery date, please get in touch with us at email@example.com so we can investigate the issue for you. Please include your order number and the date of purchase in your email. If your package gets lost in transit, we will do our best to reorder the same product for you or offer you a full refund.
WHEN DO I GET MY REFUND?
Please allow 10 to 15 business days from date of receipt of return for processing. All correctly returned products will be refunded to the purchaser’s credit card and will exclude shipping costs.
